Ange recorded Writing Letters with her London band, The Wagon Band: Alan Gregg (Mutton Birds, NZ) on bass, Paul Lush on electric guitar, Steve Brooks on drums and the legendary BJ Cole on pedal steel (Beck, Bjork, Sting, Tom Jones).
It includes co-writes and guest vocals with: JD Souther, Jim Lauderdale, The Wrights and Steve Arlene of The Arlenes.

Produced by Marc Lacuesta (Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Richie Furay) at Konk Studios (The Kinks' studio) in London and Fatherland Studios, Nashville. Folk/Country Songstress Ange Boxall has returned to her homeland of Australia after more than ten years living abroad. Spending most of her time between London and Nashville, writing, recording and playing music.
Ange's album, Writing Letters, offers a blend of pop folk and country. It features her Wagon Band plus guests JD Souther, Jim Lauderdale legendary Pedal Steel player, BJ Cole.
